In cases of complex tourist accommodation establishments, the right to use a site to create a water aerodrome shall be ceded with the assent of the development body referred to in Article 3(3.2) of Decision No 177/1.2.2012 of the Minister for Culture and Tourism (Government Gazette, Series II, Issue 319), as amended by Decision No 9347/15.4.2014 of the Minister for Tourism (Government Gazette, Series II, Issue 1013) and, in the case of tourist ports, with the assent of the management body referred to in Law 2160/1993 (Government Gazette, Series I, Issue 118), as currently in force. The decisions made by the private bodies referred to in this paragraph shall be communicated to the Regulatory Authority for Ports. The decision to cede the use of a site as a water aerodrome shall be revoked if the application for a licence to establish a water aerodrome is rejected.
