|process_application_note=The notification of the opening of a maintenance or repair workshop for cars, motorcycles, motorcycles, mopeds is made according to the model of the annex of the No. 314766 (FEK B 5272/12.11.2021) ministerial decision. The same template also applies to the notification of any change in the original for the operation of the workshop, such as change of data, change of operator, change of place of activity, etc. The notification includes the necessary information on the activity carried out and is submitted by the operator of the activity, who is solely responsible for the information contained therein. No supporting documents shall be submitted with the notification. 
The operator of the workshop must keep the required supporting documents, as per Article 4 of the prot. No. 314766/2021 (FEK 5272 B), along with the proof of submission of all notifications of the operation of the establishment, at the place where the activity is carried out.
