|process_remarks=Facilities and works resulting from the technical planning of projects or activities at a stage following the issuance of their Decisions Approving Technical Terms (AEPO), such as construction site facilities, dump sites, motorist service stations, service and maintenance centres for projects or activities, toll stations, anti-noise protection works, clarification of technical measures and terms of the project’s AEPO, are approved through the submission and assessment of a Technical Environmental Study (TES) to the authority responsible for environmental licensing.

The TES is approved by decision of the Director General of Environmental Policy of the Ministry of Environment (projects/activities of Subcategory A1) and the Secretary General of the Decentralised Administration (of the project concerned) (projects/activities of Subcategory A2).
