|process_remarks=*For the announcement of an operation of a Private Vehicle Inspection Centre (I.K.T.E.O.), following a transfer of the existing licence or a certificate of legal service from the former to a new owner, the competent Office shall grant a certificate of legal service issued under the name of the new owner, if the request is accompanied by all the required supporting documents and if the legal requirements are met, as provided for in par. 5 of article 8 of Joint Ministerial Decision F50/48597/5875/2009  (Β΄ 1975). For the procedure of transfer, and the corresponding templates of the application, the certificate of application and the certificate of legal operation, the provisions of the circular no. 27230/2888/2012 (ADA: B4ΛX1-KΔ) and the Joint Ministerial Decision 26640/2298/2014 (B 1302) shall apply. 
* In the event of a change in the details of the establishment and the declared personnel. the transfer request is rejected and the procedure of the announcement of the operation of the Private Vehicle Inspection Centre after the change is followed, as applicable.
