Otherwise, after the expiry of three (3) months, the person concerned shall carry out the activity freely, without further notice or action by the person concerned.

|process_conditions_name=The activity of energy inspector is carried out by holders of degrees in engineering, members of the Technical Chamber of Greece and holders of technical education degrees or engineers who have gained recognition of professional qualifications in Greece, in implementation of the relevant national and EU law, as applicable, and who have the authority to sign the Energy Efficiency Study, as defined in Article 2(25) of Law 4122/2013 in conjunction with Article 12(2) of the Building Energy Efficiency Regulation (Government Gazette, Series II, No 407/2010) and in accordance with the applicable national legislation on professional rights, as applicable.
Energy inspectors certified in countries of the European Union shall be included in the corresponding register of energy inspectors referred to in Article 54, in application of the relevant national and European legislation (Article 52 of Law 4409/2016).
