|process_remarks=The period of validity of the preliminary approval of the revision permit may not exceed the period of validity of the revision permit. By way of exception, if relating to modification of street and building lines or amendment of buildable areas in communal areas, as well as in cases of subsequent inclusion of the area under a cultural heritage or nature protection status, the preliminary approval shall certify the right to build, only at the time of its issue.
