Notification of commencement of operation of an outdoor parking facility for cars, or notification of operation due to modification of activity details without change of the operator of the activity.
Notes:
The notification must contain the necessary information for the activity being carried out and must be submitted by the activity operator, who shall be solely responsible for the information contained therein. When submitting the notification, the operator of the activity uploads to the Integrated Information System for the Exercise of Activities and Inspections (OPS ADE), under the title ‘OpenBusiness’, the supporting documents required for the notification, as provided for in Article 4, point A, of Joint Ministerial Decision 315162/2021 (GG II/5273), which they are additionally required to keep, together with proof of submission of all notifications of operation of the installation, at the place where the activity is carried out.
