Interested parties must submit the notification of commencement of operation / notification of change of data, via the Integrated Information System for the Exercise of Activities and Audits (OPS-ADE), to the Transport and Communications Service of the regional unit concerned. Until the OPS-ADE becomes operational, as to the part concerning notification of the activity, the notification of commencement of operation / notification of change of data shall be submitted in hard copy or electronic form either directly to the competent authority or to any physical or electronic Citizen Service Centre (KEP) operating as a Single Service Centre (EKE).

Description
In the event of a change in the operator of an activity following transfer of ownership or of the right to operate the activity to another operator, both the new and the old operator must inform the Transport and Communications Service of the competent regional unit of this change within 10 days via the Integrated Information System for the Exercise of Activities and Audits (OPS-ADE).
Until the OPS-ADE becomes operational, the notification shall be submitted to the Transport and Communications Service of the competent regional unit.
Alternatively, notification may take place via post or email. In this case, the date of notification shall be considered to be the date the letter is received (via post or e-mail) by the Transport and Communications Service of the competent regional unit.
