Notes:
The interested parties shall submit the initial notification/notification of change/disclosure via the electronic system www.notifiybusiness.gov.gr. Until the implementation of this possibility, the notification shall be submitted in paper or electronic form to the Directorate of Transport and Communications of the Regional Unit, where the operational area of the School of Vocational Training for Transport Operators is located, or to any KEP operating as a Point of Single Contact (EKE).

For legal persons, public organisations and federations of owners of motor vehicles for public use of buses or lorries, their objectives should include vocational training.

Fulfillment of the following requirements for the school site:
(a) classrooms and sanitary facilities shall be areas of primary use,
(b) to settle in one or more floors of the same building;
(c) to have sufficient physical and direct physical lighting, sufficient and direct natural ventilation and heating;
(d) to have at least one training room and sanitary spaces, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The minimum area (without masonry) of each training room shall be 15 sqm. The capacity of each teaching room shall be determined by the relation of 1,5 sqm per trained person;
(e) to provide access to people with disabilities, in accordance with the applicable legislation;
(f) meet the passive fire protection requirements for Schools of Vocational Training for Transport Operators housed in buildings, which fall under the scope of PD 41/2018 (A 80) or PD 71/1988 (A 32), as well as the active fire protection requirements, in accordance with the legislation in force.

During the operation of the School, the operator of the activity is obliged to have collected all the required supporting documents, which are not submitted with the notification but are kept in the premises of the School of Vocational Training for Transport Operators, together with the proof of submission of the notification and any changes thereto.
