1. of the Βuilding Regulation, Sector "Safety and Social Welfare".
2. of the Buildings Fire Protection Regulation, in accordance with the relevant provisions concerning the Health and Social Welfare Sector category.
The spaces and net surfaces required for the operation of a PETC Unit are listed in Tables I, II, III and IV of Article 5 ‘Civil Program - Metric Data for PETC Units - Technical and Functional Specifications’ of the Ministerial Decision Δ22/οικ.11828/293/2017 (Government Gazette 1157/Β).

Urban planning
The plot of the PETC Unit should be at least 300 metres from the perimeter of an approved industrial area, from noisy laboratories and generally unhealthy and unhealthy installations, as defined by the statutory committee, in accordance with the relevant sanitary provisions and served by the networks of drinking water, electricity, telephone, and from road.
