The interested party submits to the competent service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport the completed and signed application/written Solemn Declaration for the Provision of Temporary and Occasional Services, providing all required supporting documents.
Alternatively, the declaration and supporting documents may also be submitted to the Citizen Service Centres (KEP) operating as Points of Single Contact (EKE), and forwarded to the competent service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

Description
Within one (1) month, the interested party is informed of the outcome of the application (certificate of fulfilment of legal requirements for the provision of the service or rejection of the application). If there is difficulty causing delay, the competent service of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport notifies the interested party within one (1) month of the reason for the delay and of the new deadline for taking a decision, which may not exceed two (2) months from receipt of all supporting documents, in accordance with Article 7 of Presidential Decree 38/2010.
If it is found that there is a substantial difference between the provider's professional qualifications and the training required in Greece, and it is considered that this may be harmful to public health or safety, the provider is asked to prove that they possess the required knowledge and skills, in particular through an aptitude test, in accordance with Article 7 of Presidential Decree 38/2010.
