Description
The decision of the Municipal Council is notified to the interested party. This decision is subject to an administrative appeal before the Secretary General of the relevant Region within 15 days from the date of notification of the decision.
The Secretary General issues an administrative act within 15 days from the submission of the appeal. The decision of the Secretary General is subject to an application for annulment before the competent Administrative Court of Appeal.
