Description
The person(s) concerned shall be given the driving licence in person by the Transport and Communications Service or by the JEP to which the application is made. The driving licence shall be issued, by signature, to his/her holder, who must be provided with his/her police card or with his/her valid passport and to a person equipped with any legal instrument such as the lawfully authorised for the authenticity of the signature or proxy.

The person concerned/submits at the time of receipt of the Greek driving licence the foreign driving licence, which remains in his/her file to the competent Transport and Communications Service (except for the Japanese driving licences which are returned to the Greek Embassy of Japan and is booked for a photocopy).
