Notes:
Applicants must be aware that immediately after the electronic submission and finalisation of the application for participation and the computerised form: A. Printing directly from the application (1) copy of the application, a (1) copy of the computerised form and the responsible declaration appearing in the "CONTRIBUTION" B. Sign these (3) documents (the computerised form on all pages) and send them by courier to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on a specified date, together with the necessary supporting documents as described in the relevant field.

The competent committee for the collection and audit of supporting documents shall receive and register the applications of the candidates who have been electronically submitted by means of a platform within a period of 10 days.

A press release will be sent to the candidates if their request for participation and the computerised form was accepted after they complete their e-mail and the security code they created in order to submit the application and the computerised form.
