The control body must be accredited in accordance with the European standard EN 45011 or the ISO/IEC Guide 65 “General Requirements for Bodies Operating Product Certification Systems”, in the version recently published in the Official Gazette of the European Communities, C se-ries, and approved by the competent authorities.
