Conditions for non-commission of criminal offenses

The applicant must hold:
1. A vocational education and training diploma, level 2, under Law 2009/1992, specialisation of a technical vocational school of hairdressing and hair colouring
or
2. A vocational education and training diploma, level 2, under Law 2009/1992, specialisation of a Technical Vocational Education (TEE) A course of ‘Hairdressing’ studies
or
3. A vocational education and training diploma, level 3, under Law 2009/1992, specialisation of a Technical Vocational Education (TEE) B course of ‘Hairdressing’ studies
or
4. A vocational education and training diploma under Law 3475/2006, specialisation of a vocational secondary school (EPAS) in ‘Hairdressing’
or
5. A vocational education and training diploma, level 3, awarded to graduates of Vocational Training Schools (SEK) following certification of the specialisation ‘Hairdressing’
or
6. A vocational education and training specialisation diploma, level 4, in ‘Hairdressing’, awarded to graduates of the 3rd class of vocational secondary schools (EPAL) following in-school examinations

7. A vocational secondary school (EPAL) certificate, level 4, awarded to graduates of the 3rd class of vocational secondary schools (EPAL) following in-school examinations, for the specialisation ‘Hairdressing’

8. A general or vocational secondary school certificate, level 4, awarded to graduates of the 3rd class of secondary school

A vocational education and training specialisation diploma, level 5, awarded to graduates of the ‘post-secondary year of apprenticeship class’ of the EPAL, following a certificate or diploma in vocational education and training, level 5, awarded to graduates of vocational training institutes (IEK) following certification

10. Equivalent foreign qualifications in the above cases.

The applicant must have attended a continuing vocational training programme of EOPPEP (National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance) of at least 600 hours in a Lifelong Learning Centre (KDBM) or independent study centre with a completion date of 12/11/2012 in the field of hairdressing and have proven experience up to 1/12/2022 of 2 years or 600 days of paid or unpaid work in this profession in a hairdressing salon or barber’s shop, provided that this is teaching experience in the field of hairdressing. The above conditions shall apply until 31/12/2023 for those meeting the criteria until 1/12/2022.

If the applicant is an expert who does not hold a diploma and has passed the EOPPEP certification examinations by 1/12/2022 and has at least 3 years of experience or 900 days of paid or unpaid work in this profession, in a hairdressing salon or barber’s shop, or has teaching experience in this field, or submits a certificate of previous experience from a local authority in this profession. The above conditions shall apply until 31/12/2023 for those meeting the criteria until 1/12/2022.

If the applicant holds a diploma from a Technical Vocational School (TES) and has completed a Technical Vocational Education (TEE) A course, they must have acquired 9 months of experience

If the applicant holds a diploma from a Technical Vocational Education (TEE) B course, vocational school (EPAS) or vocational secondary school (EPAL), or general secondary school certificate, they must have acquired 6 months of experience.
