Notes

The application for the regular unemployment benefit shall be submitted after an unemployment card has been issued, either at the Employment Promotion Centre (KPA2) Service of the place of residence of the interested party or at the KPA2 service of their last employment. The choice of the KPA2 service is important because it will be responsible for all matters relating to the benefit of the insured person, who will have to appear there when requested to do so. The duration of the grant varies from five (5) to twelve (12) months depending on the days worked by the beneficiaries during specific (critical) periods before the termination or expiry of their employment relationship and the number of daily benefits received during the last four years.
