Description
The Applicant submits the Application – Solemn Declaration with the necessary supporting documents to the Protocol Office of the Secretariat of the Marine Environment Protection Office (PTHAP) of the Port Authority of the area in which he/she wishes to operate.
Notes
In case the application is submitted to KEP-EKE, the competent employee checks if the submitted documents are complete
and if so forwards the file to the Marine Environment Protection Office (PTHAP).
