              • 14 Urban planning The mountain shelter shall be built according to the allowed uses and the building terms and constraints defined for the area by the general and special urban planning and building provisions: - For mountain shelters under construction or expansion, a building permit shall have been issued or - For existing mountain shelters without a building permit, a certificate of Article 7 of JMD 549/11-01-2019 (GG B/100) shall have been issued. In case of existence of illegal constructions in areas protected by the provisions of forest legislation, the procedure of issuing a declaratory act and a joint ministerial decision of legalisation is followed, according to the provisions of article 7 of JMD 549/11-01-2019 (GG B/100).

Access to the mountain shelters is operated by public or forest road, where such a road exists, otherwise by mountain trails. - Land –surveyor diagram of the plot dependent on EGSA 87 , with GPS system, making use of the HEPOS Greek tracking system. - Brief description of the mountain shelter operation, listing the shelter characteristics, the ownership or the concession of the use of the area on which the shelter has been erected, a description of the surrounding area and the purpose of the operation of the shelter. This supporting document is drafted either by the legal representative of the shelter, or by an engineer, according to his/her professional rights. - Architectural drawings of the building (floor plan, views, sections). - Technical description of the facilities and infrastructure of the mountain shelter. - Photographic documentation of the mountain shelter, from the inside and outside. For mountain shelters not possessing a building permit, the following supporting documents are submitted: - Declaratory act of the mountain shelter, issued according to article 7 of JMD 549/11-01-2019 (GG B/100) - Legalisation decision for the mountain shelter.
