For buildings or divided properties that have been subject to any law of exemption from demolition or settlement or regulation of arbitrary constructions: a certificate of exemption or termination is submitted by the competent authority or the competent Building Service (Y.DOM) that issued the deed, or a Certificate of completion of the procedure for inclusion in the electronic system of the TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece), or a certificate of payment of 30% of the single special fine from the electronic system of the TEE, depending on the provisions of the law to which they are subject.
Also, copies of floor plans - sections of the building permit or the construction permit are submitted, or on a case by case basis (depending on the inclusion in the respective law of exception - settlement - regulation) the copies of the plans submitted initially to the competent authority or to the TEE electronic system.
In buildings that have been erected before the entry into force of GOK / 1955 (Regulation) for which no permit has been issued, drawing plans (floor plan - section) are submitted as well.

The engineer’s Attestation shall state in detail the data documenting the legality of the premises.
