|process_description=The procedure concerns the granting of a licence for professional sellers in Farmer’s markets to a natural person to sell their products in a farmer’s market. A professional seller is a natural person who engages in outdoor commerce by making available for sale the items specified by a decision of Article 66(2) of Law 4849/20221 (Government Gazette, Series I, No 207), which are not produced by them. Licences shall be granted following a notice issued by the Regions. Licensees shall be selected through the award of criteria points, which are laid down in Article 16 of Law 4849/2021.
