This provision amends the following decisions: (a) Joint Decision 366884/16-5-1994 of the Ministers for National Economy and Agriculture, "Technical Regulation on intra-Community acquisition and imports from third countries of propagating material of cultivated plant species" (Series II, 409); (b) Ministerial Decision 1224/37627/29-03-2016, "Acquisition from other Member States of the European Union (ΕΕ) of propagating material of cultivated plant species by natural and legal persons for the sowing or planting needs of their agricultural holdings" (Series II, 953); and (c) Ministerial Decision 258623/19-8-2003, "Conditions for granting approval to reproduce varieties of arable crops, fodder plants and pulses, vegetables and seed potatoes that are not entered in the National Catalogue" (Series II, 1212).
