Description

The procedure concerns the issue of a certificate of annual activity in short-term markets.

The certificate of annual activity in short-term markets is issued to natural and legal persons from the municipalities and regions. It enables the holder to apply for his participation as a seller in short-term markets under Law 4849/2021 (A-207), i.e. to short-day holidays, religious festivals, Christmas markets and Easter markets, commercial fairs, anniversary markets, seasonal markets, seasonal markets and raccoon markets throughout the country.

The holders of the certificate of activity attestation for annual duration on short-term purchases cover the seventy-fifths of five percent (75%) of the positions in those markets.

Title

Granting an annual certificate of activity on short-term markets.

Notes:

For the issuance of a certificate of activity in short-term markets, natural persons shall submit to the competent authority (Municipality or Region) of article 34 of Law 4849/2021 an application which includes: (for natural persons):

- identification data of the applicant, - home address of the applicant, - the applicants tax identification number (VAT No), - the applicants social security number (AMKA) and his/her insurance institution - the goods sold as provided for in the decision issued pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 67 of Law No 67, - the Activity Code Number relating to activity in the open-air trade and the goods sold, - the registration number of the vehicle to be used (private or other vehicle), - declaration that all the information is correct. Similarly, in the application of the legal representative of the legal person, which includes: - The identity details of the applicant and the name of the legal person, - the address of the registered office of the legal person, - the tax identification number (VAT No.) of the legal person, - the goods sold in accordance with the provisions of the decision adopted pursuant to paragraph 2 of Article 67 of Law No. 67. 4849/2021, - the Activity Code Number related to the activity in open-air trade and the goods sold, -the registration number of the vehicle to be used (private or other vehicle),

-a declaration that all the information provided is correct.
