For the issuance of social security clearance certificates (AAE), the requirements set out by the provisions of Law 4611/2019 on issuing an AAE with respect to persons liable to pay and to meet employer and individual obligations of each of their insurance activities must be met.
Where these conditions are not met, the debts in question must be paid or settled in order for an AAE to be issued.
