The scope of Article 10 of Law 3284/2004 applies to indigenous foreigners wishing to acquire Greek citizenship in the process of naturalisation. Consequently, a fundamental feature of the beneficiaries of this category is their undeniable national origin (as a formal condition) on the basis of the determination of their national conscience, which is essential if they are to be established collectively by the consular authorities concerned, in two distinct stages.
