Natural persons or members of companies in order to obtain authorisation for the establishment and operation of wet fuel or mixed or purely liquefied petroleum gas stations are required to be either Greek nationals of either Member States of the European Union or of the European Economic Area (EEA). In exceptional cases, the authorisation of a liquid fuel or mixed or purely liquefied petroleum gas service may be granted on the basis of the provisions of this Article, after having entered into force the registration number of such a document in Russia, B. Epirus, Turkey and Egypt, as well as the children born by these persons. Turkey's counterparts shall demonstrate even the residence card of the Centre for Immigration.

All certificates of conformity of equipment, electrical installations, tanks and pipes used for the construction of the ‘port fuel service’ shall be included as a minimum in the applicable national and European standards and regulations. (ii) Convention with an authorised waste management body in accordance with the applicable provisions. (iii) Copies of the radio audits of the tanks and of the non-destructive controls of the tanks, for the cases of existing underground fuel tanks, which substantiate compliance with the applicable European Standards and Practices as well as the hydraulic test certificate. (iv) The preventive maintenance programme of the equipment.
All certificates of conformity of equipment, electrical installations, tanks and pipes used for the construction of the ‘port fuel service’ shall be included as a minimum in the applicable national and European standards and regulations. (ii) Convention with an authorised waste management body in accordance with the applicable provisions.
