Submission of application – Solemn Declaration about the Temporary and Occasional Provision of professional services on which (application) in-formation such as the following is included: (a) personal data of the service provider, (b) his/her contact details, (c) professional details, such as the member-state of legal residence, the profession for which he/she has the legal qualifications, the profession that he/she desires to temporarily and occasionally exercise in Greece, (d) data of insurance coverage for professional liability, (e) the form of employment (as a freelancer or a salaried per-son), (f) the place, the duration and the date of the provision of services.

Lawful installation of the service provider in the country of installation.

At the time of issue of the attestation, the provider should not be prohibited, even temporarily, from carrying out the relevant activities.

Description The interested party submits to the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications the application/ solemn declaration, filled-in and signed, about the Provision of Temporary and Occasional Services, accompanied by all the necessary evidence. Alternatively, the declaration and the evidence may be submitted to the Citizen Service Centres (KEP) acting as Single Contact Points (EKE) and forwarded to the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications.

Μethod of Implementation Manual Action
Description The interested party is informed about the outcome of the application (attestation for the fulfilment of legal requirements for service provision or rejection of the application) by the relevant Regional Directorate of Transport and Communications within seven (7) days. In case there are reasonable suspicions that the submitted documents are not authentic, the relevant Regional Authority notifies the provider in written and sets an additional deadline for the issuance of the attestation (the specific attestation does not constitute requirement for exercising the right of free provision of services, which is acquired only with the submission of written Solemn Declaration – Application for Temporary and Occasional Provision of Services, accompanied by the necessary documents on a case-by-case basis, according to article 7 of PD 38/2010).
