Description
The adoption of a decision authorising the entry of a foreigner into the country, despite the existence of a prohibition, where this is necessary for important reasons of public interest or force majeure or facilitating the movement of a Greek ship which cannot be served otherwise (Article 4(4) of Law 4251/2014, I 80).

Description
The Minister of Public Order and Citizen Protection may, by decision, allow controlled border crossings and temporary crossing points of entry of a third-country citizen, despite the existence of a prohibition in the previous paragraph, where this is necessary for important reasons of public interest or force majeure or the facilitation of the movement of a Greek ship, which cannot be served otherwise.
