Description

This procedure pertains to the issuance of social security clearance certificates (AAE) and is addressed to enterprises (legal or natural persons), whether or not they are on the e-EFKA register of employers of joint undertakings, as well as to natural persons, i.e. freelancers, self-employed persons, farmers, insured salaried employees, pensioners, and other private individuals.

The electronic service may be handled through the Civil Service Centres (CSUs). In this case, the certified JEP staff member enters the respective electronic service of the e-ECA, which is available through the single working environment of the JEP employees (external applications), after authentication with the Public Administration Codes and is certified as a user of the electronic service. Then, the certified JEP official shall register, as an indication of the natural person bearing and responsibility for the information declared in the electronic service, the information required by the system and shall submit the application on behalf of the natural person before the electronic submission of the application, the certified JEP official of the JEP shall print a specific consent form to be signed by the applicant and shall continue in the electronic service with his details.
