1. Natural persons or members of companies in order to obtain authorisation for the establishment and operation of wet fuel or mixed or purely liquefied petroleum gas stations are required to be either Greek nationals of either Member States of the European Union or of the European Economic Area (EEA). In exceptional cases, the authorisation of a liquid fuel or mixed or purely liquefied petroleum gas service may be granted on the basis of the provisions of this Article, after having entered into force the registration number of such a document in Russia, B. Epirus, Turkey and Egypt, as well as the children born by these persons. Turkey's counterparts shall demonstrate even the residence card of the Centre for Immigration.
