Οι αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες, στις οποίες διαβιβάζεται ο τεχνικός φάκελος υδατοδρομίου διατυπώνουν γνώμη επί των δικαιολογητικών του στον ενδιαφερόμενο με κοινοποίηση στο Τμήμα Εναέριων Μεταφορών και στις υπόλοιπες αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες, εντός τριάντα (30) εργάσιμων ημερών από την παραλαβή του τεχνικού φακέλου.
