Description
When the supporting documents are complete and correct, an officer of the Energy Inspection Department selects the “Approve application” field in the information system and sends an email message to the interested party with the unique registry number received upon registration of the legal person in the Energy Inspectors Registry.

Description
Where the submitted details show that the conditions for registration in the Energy Inspectors Registry are not met, the Energy Inspection Departments of the Northern and Southern Greece Inspectorates of the Ministry of Environment and Energy inform the interested party in writing, within fifty (50) days from the date of submission of the application, stating the specific reasons for non-registration. After rejection, a new application may be submitted by the representative of the legal person.
