The interested party fills-in and submits the standard application and the related supporting documents to the relevant Regional Unit where the school premises are located or to a Citizen Service Centre – Single Service Centre (KEP-EPE), each year from Jan.1st to Mar. 30th, exclusively.

In case the application is submitted, the employee of KEP checks the completeness of supporting documents, and of the file is complete is forwarded to the competent regional Directorate.

Building Inspection Committee of the relevant Region conducts on-site inspection and redacts the minutes of the inspection.
