Description

The procedure concerns the issue of an authorisation by the person directly concerned to the person authorised to act on his/her behalf, in the course of handling cases and up to the range of powers given to him/her. In order for the authorisation to be accepted by each administrative authority, it should bear the authentic signature of the authorised and directly concerned person, as this ensures the declaration of his/her will. The authorisation shall be issued either by visiting the citizen to any administrative authority or a Point of Single Contact (ΚΕΠ-ΕΚΕ) to certify his/her authenticity in the authorisation document he/she wishes, or by using the e-exousiodotisi electronic issuing service through the Single Digital Gateway (gov.gr) of the public administration.

Notes

The electronic authorisation is issued through the Single Digital Gateway (gov.gr) of the public administration, in the following two (2) ways: by your personal web banking codes to available banking institutions or your personal Taxisnet access codes. The authorisation you will issue is legally equivalent to the authorisation given to the authenticity of the signature by an administrative authority and you can either send it electronically, or print it and submit it to a public service in paper form.
