Notes

A non-resident voter is defined as a voter who expresses interest in voting in his/her place of residence, the combinations of the electoral district, in whose electoral lists he/she is registered, e.g. a resident of the Municipality of Kavala who resides in the Municipality of Thessaloniki and wishes to vote in the Municipality of Thessaloniki for the candidates of the electoral district of Kavala.

Non-resident citizens who wish to vote at their place of residence can submit an online application / solemn declaration. On the basis of the applications submitted, special electoral rolls are drawn up and votes are cast: - For the European elections, at the ordinary polling stations of their place of residence.

- In national or simultaneous elections (national and European elections on the same day) at special polling stations for heterodemocrats in the capital cities of the prefectures (except for the prefectures of Attica and Thessaloniki, except for Kythera and Antikythera).

For the submission of the application to the municipalities concerned, voters may address only to the municipality in question, while in the K.E.P. all voters can be addressed regardless of their municipality.

Description In this case, the user has the option to choose freely on the Basic Electoral List the candidate he serves, provided he is under 30 years of age, as defined in the Act.

Notes The search is done : Whether by filling in the Special Election Number (E.E.) and the Last name (e.g. only if there are more than one). Whether by filling in the Last name (e.g. but only if there are more than one) the name and the name of the father (sufficiently the first two letters) and the year of birth. And in the case of the Name, in the case of the first name, the first name is used. Mother's name can be left blank in the search. For special cases of unidentified fathers, the search should be done by checking the field "Another".

Description A preview is given of the application by the heterodist and can be printed on the application. The application after its successful submission and its protocol is reprinted. The printing this time includes the Number and the Date of Protocol. This printed copy is delivered to the elector.

Notes The application submitted will then be examined by the relevant auditors of the Municipality; if the conditions of the law are met, the elector will be registered with the Special Lists of Hetero-democrats.
