Application - Solemn Declaration by the Director of the Mountain Retreat, in accordance with the Model of Annex B to Joint Ministerial Decision No 9918/16.05.2023 (B 3307) etc., which is considered as a solemn declaration (Article 8 of Law 1599/1986), showing the details of the applicant for a natural or legal person, the VAT Number and the Public Tax Service (VRD) to which it is subject.
