            • 3 Urban planning The PETC Units are subject to the provisions: 1. of the Βuilding Regulation, Sector "Safety and Social Welfare". 2. of the Buildings Fire Protection Regulation, in accordance with the relevant provisions concerning the Health and Social Welfare Sector category. The spaces and net surfaces required for the operation of a PETC Unit are listed in Tables I, II, III and IV of Article 5 ‘Civil Program - Metric Data for PETC Units - Technical and Functional Specifications’ of the Ministerial Decision Δ22/οικ.11828/293/2017 (Government Gazette 1157/Β).
