Description In order to be granted a licence to establish a water aerodrome, the interested party shall submit an application to the department of air transport of the Directorate for Transport Development, accompanied by a technical dossier containing the supporting documents referred to in Article 7(1) of Law 4663/2020, with the exception of points k), l) and m). The water aerodrome manual referred to in Article 7(1) shall be drawn up in accordance with Annex Ia and pre-approved by the competent department of the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority.
