The interested party may file a one-time administrative appeal before the Autonomous Department for the Application of European Legislation (ATEEN) against the decision, and request the annulment or the amendment of the decision of par. 1 of article 54 within an exclusive period of sixty (60) days from its notification; the ΑΤΕΕΝ notifies the applicant of its decision at most three (3) months later.
