Εφόσον τα υποβληθέντα δικαιολογητικά δεν δικαιολογούν την έκδοση της άδειας εμπορίας ή το φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο δεν έχει συμμορφωθεί με τα απαιτούμενα μέτρα προστασίας το αίτημα απορρίπτεται.

Στην περίπτωση μη χορήγησης της άδειας εμπορίας ο ενδιαφερόμενος έχει το δικαίωμα προσφυγής ενώπιον του κ. Προϊσταμένου Κλάδου Ασφαλείας/Α.Ε.Α., εντός μηνός από την κοινοποίηση σε αυτόν της απόφασης.
