Εντός ενός (1) μηνός, ο ενδιαφερόμενος ενημερώνεται για το αποτέλεσμα της αίτησής του ((βεβαίωση πλήρωσης νομίμων προϋποθέσεων για την παροχή της υπηρεσίας ή απόρριψη της αίτησης). Εάν υπάρχει δυσκολία, η οποία συνεπάγεται καθυστέρηση, η αρμόδια υπηρεσία του Υπουργείου Υποδομών και Μεταφορών γνωστοποιεί μέσα σε ένα (1) μήνα στον ενδιαφερόμενο τον λόγο της καθυστέρησης και την νέα προθεσμία για την λήψη απόφασης, η οποία δεν δύναται να υπερβαίνει τους δύο (2) μήνες από την παραλαβή όλων των δικαιολογητικών, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 7 του ΠΔ 38/2010.
Αν διαπιστωθεί ότι υπάρχει ουσιαστική διαφορά ανάμεσα στα επαγγελματικά προσόντα του παρόχου και την απαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση στην Ελλάδα και κριθεί ότι αυτό μπορεί να αποβεί επιβλαβές για τη δημόσια υγεία ή ασφάλεια, ζητεί από τον πάροχο να αποδείξει ότι κατέχει τις απαιτούμενες γνώσεις και ικανότητες, ιδίως μέσω δοκιμασίας επάρκειας, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 7 του ΠΔ 38/2010.
