Description

The procedure shall refer to the Operation Licence for a Summer Camp for children. This procedure shall allow for the possibility to operate a camp. The procedure shall be addressed to natural persons, legal persons, as well as public institutions.

Notes:

By 16 April each year, operators who have already obtained a licence to set up a campsite shall submit to the Regional Unit concerned, if they wish to operate their campsite, an application for a licence. The declaration referred to in Article 5 ‘Requirements for a campsite licence’ of the K.S.D. D22/home.37641/1450/2016 (B 2712), according to which they should: 1. a decision to establish a licence has been issued. 2. the execution of all the projects planned at the time of the establishment licence is completed, the construction of all the permanent facilities and the development in general of all the premises of the campsite.
