As non-resident is defined an interesting electorate to vote in his place of residence, the combinations of the constituency, in which the electoral lists are registered, e.g. the municipality of the Municipality of Kavala, which resides in the Municipality of Thessaloniki, and wishes to vote in the Municipality of Thessaloniki for the candidates for the electoral district of Kavala. The heterogeneous people who wish to vote at their place of residence can submit an electronic application/responsible statement. Based on the requests submitted, special electoral lists are drawn up and vote: - In the European elections, in the common electoral sections of their place of residence. - In the national or at the same time elections (national and European elections on the same day) in special electoral sections of hetero-democrats in the capitals of the prefectures (excluding Attica and Thessaloniki).

Description In this case, the user has the option to choose freely on the Basic Electoral List the candidate he serves, provided he is under 30 years of age, as defined in the Act.

Notes The search is done : Whether by filling in the Special Election Number (E.E.) and the Last name (e.g. only if there are more than one). Whether by filling in the Last name (e.g. but only if there are more than one) the name and the name of the father (sufficiently the first two letters) and the year of birth. And in the case of the Name, in the case of the first name, the first name is used. Mother's name can be left blank in the search. For special cases of unidentified fathers, the search should be done by checking the field "Another".

Description A preview is given of the application by the heterodist and can be printed on the application. The application after its successful submission and its protocol is reprinted. The printing this time includes the Number and the Date of Protocol. This printed copy is delivered to the elector.
