The procedure concerns the following cases:
  1. Replacement of an old driving licence with a new-type licence.
  2. Replacement of a driving licence of expired category B with a code 113.
  3. Replacement of a driving licence with an expired category C1 or C1E or D1E or C or CE or D or DE, if the person concerned does not wish to renew.

              Description The person concerned receives the driving licence in person, from the Directorate of Transport and Communications or from the Point of Single Contact (KEP) where the relevant application has been submitted. The driving licence shall be delivered, with signature, to the holder, who must be in possession of his/her identity card or valid passport, and to a person in possession of any legal document such as a power of attorney duly certified as authentic or a power of attorney. He shall also surrender the old driving licence.
