Όταν τα δικαιολογητικά είναι πλήρη και ορθά, στέλεχος του Τμήματος Επιθεώρησης Ενέργειας επιλέγει το πεδίο «Έγκριση» στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα.
Το πληροφοριακό σύστημα αποστέλλει μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου στον ενδιαφερόμενο με τον μοναδικό αριθμό μητρώου που έλαβε κατά την εγγραφή του στο Μητρώο Ενεργειακών Επιθεωρητών και νέους κωδικούς πρόσβασης στο ηλεκτρονικό Αρχείο Επιθεωρήσεως Κτηρίων.
