The following conditions are required, too:
a) The member shall be a Greek national or a national of another Member State of the European Union.
b) The member shall not have been deprived of the free management of his/her property;
c) The member shall not have been irrevocably convicted for one of the crimes mentioned in the provision of article 18 par. 2 of Law 1811/51, as codified by PD 611/77 (Government Gazette 198 A).

Description
Στέλεχος του Τμήματος Διοικητικής Υποστήριξης και Προσωπικού του ΓΕΩΤΕΕ παραλαμβάνει το αίτημα με τα δικαιολογητικά, μέσω της πλατφόρμας, διενεργεί τον έλεγχο πληρότητας, ορθότητας και νομιμότητας κατά τις ισχύουσες διατάξεις, σε αυτά και εφόσον πληρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις εγκρίνει τη δήλωση και αναρτά τη Βεβαίωση Συνδρομής Νόμιμων Προϋποθέσεων Άσκησης Γεωτεχνικού Επαγγέλματος ενώ παράλληλα επικαιροποιούνται αυτεπαγγέλτως τα στοιχεία του μητρώου απασχόλησης γεωτεχνικών.
