Η Διεύθυνση Υγιεινής και Ασφάλειας Τροφίμων Ζωϊκής Προέλευσης λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη θετική εισήγηση του κλιμακίου, τα συμπληρωμένα ερωτηματολόγια (έντυπα ελέγχου υγιεινής της εγκατάστασης και έντυπο ελέγχου HACCP), και τα αποτελέσματα ελέγχου (σε περίπτωση που αποφασιστεί η διενέργεια νέου ελέγχου από τη Διεύθυνση), και αφού αξιολογήσει της παρατηρήσεις του ελέγχου, χορηγεί ή όχι τον αριθμό έγκρισης της εγκατάστασης και στην περίπτωση έγκρισης προωθεί την απόφαση προς υπογραφή από τον ΓΔ.

Η ενέργεια ολοκληρώνεται εντός 30 ημερών (max) από την παραλαβή της θετικής εισήγησης.
