NOTIFICATION

1. It is the method by which the operator of the economic activity notifies the competent supervisory authorities of its establishment or commencement of operation of its activity and of any changes to its economic activity.

2. It is carried out by the natural person who intends to establish or operate its activity in a specific location and it is a prerequisite for its establishment or operation. The activity is established or the operation commences immediately upon the submission of the notification, without the need of a relevant authorisation.
