Notes

The certificate issued shall constitute a valid administrative act, bearing the date of issuance, and a computerised e-EFKA stamp and signature of the Governor or any other party authorised by them. The electronic service may also be handled through KEPs. In this case, certified KEP employees log into the corresponding e-EFKA electronic service, available through the KEP employee single interface (external applications), after being authenticated by use of their public administration codes and certified as users of the electronic service. The certified KEP employees then enter the information required by the system, according to the instructions given by the natural persons, who are responsible for the information declared to the electronic service, and they submit the application on behalf of the natural persons. Before submitting the application electronically, the certified KEP employees print out a special consent form to be signed by the applicants, and proceed with the electronic service using their details.
