            • 1 Time The athletes must have achieved competitive distinctions, after 30-1-2013.

            • 2 Participation or distinction in sports competitions They must be registered with their distinction in the special table of the General Secretariat of Sport.

            • 3 Educational Applicants must hold a high school diploma or equivalent secondary school diploma that allows them to participate in the current selection procedures for admission to Higher Education.

            • 4 Time Athletes who have applied for admission to higher education may exercise their right to the same distinction in the two academic years immediately following the one in which they first applied for admission. The entitlement is reinstated by a subsequent win in a different competition.

            • 5 Educational Candidate athletes should have participated in the Panhellenic Examinations, have submitted a computerised form as candidates for admission in the general order in Higher Education and have not been admitted in the general order in a Department, or an introductory direction of a Department of the Universities and Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education (ASPAITE) and Higher Schools of Tourism Education (A.S.T.E.), including School/Department of Physical Education and Sports Science(SEFAA-TEFAA) of their first preference on the computerised form.
