The procedure concerns requests by natural persons for access to data relating to them entered in the Schengen Information System (SIS II) on the basis of alerts issued pursuant to Decision 533/2007/ΔΕΥ and Regulation (EC) 1987/2006. These data relate to alerts on persons or objects (S.I.S., prohibition of entry and stay of third country nationals in the Schengen territory, etc.).
